Who are we?

Our Mission

Formerly know as Hawaii Fluid Art, we’re an independent art studio built on the idea that creativity should be accessible to everyone. Our classes are designed to be easygoing and enjoyable, welcoming complete beginners as well as those with experience. In our semi-private, supportive space, you can try something new, unwind, and make art you’re proud of.

Whether you’re after a memorable activity, a fun evening with family or friends, or a fresh creative outlet, you’ll find it here.

What is fluid art

Fluid art is a painting style where pigments are thinned into a pourable consistency and then manipulated on a surface—usually a canvas, board, or object—without traditional brushwork. Instead of controlled strokes, you pour, tilt, blow, swipe, or spin the paint to guide how it moves.

Because different pigments have different densities and viscosities, they interact in interesting ways as they flow. This creates the marbled patterns, cells, waves, and organic textures that define the style. It’s accessible, unpredictable, and highly therapeutic—ideal for beginners and experienced artists alike.

What to expect

Our experiences run about an hour to an hour and a half and take place in our studio in Hamilton Town Center, Noblesville. We supply everything you need to create a canvas in the size you choose—just come in comfortable clothes, shoes, and a good mood.

When your group arrives, we’ll kick things off with a quick rundown of what to expect. Then it’s straight into creating.

Your instructor stays with you throughout the session, demonstrating techniques, helping with color choices, and guiding you toward the look you’re aiming for while still letting you experiment and have fun.

After you’ve finished your piece, we’ll explain the drying process—fluid art takes its time—and let you know when your artwork will be ready for pickup.
